Defense is so bad. Omar has no idea how to catch low pitches. He's another player that doesn't look like a major leaguer.
-
Delmonico makes Melky look like a Gold Glover. Looks to me like someone who is going to get surpassed by the outfielders coming up in the system

He better change up something, as he is getting destroyed. Career path is of someone who isn't good enough to pitch in the majors.

Absolutely no one there. Sad
-
Yep and I don't blame them for that thinking.

Keith Law has a mock out with Mize going 1, Bohm 3

Something interesting I noticed today is Rutherford's insane go/fo ratio. It was 3/1 coming into today. It's a cause for optimism and pessimism, as he will definitely hit for more power if he elevates the ball more but is he actually capable of the adjustments? It's been a nice rebound so far but I still think he's destined to be part of a trade down the road.

Players repeating a level usually get heavily dinged in terms of prospect rankings

I dislike idea of Swaggerty more and more every day

Great to see Giolito finding his slider, which he used so effectively vs righties last year
-
Especially when he seemed to have lingering leg issues last year
-
Are you watching? He's limping on the field after fouling it off the area
-
Yoan has bad ankle
-
Velocity 90-92 again
-
That intimidating 4/5 hitters in the lineup with two outs on two pitches
-
Kris Bubic, LHP out of Stanford, is someone in the 2nd round I could see the Sox liking
-
Every team in baseball would have signed him to that amount. It was the draft pick that prevented everyone from. Fear not, Moustakas will be here next year on a huge deal.
-
Yep all their hits on pitches in the 80s
-
Ruling is....nice tank loss?
-
That was as bad of stuff you will ever see from a closer. Time to put Nate as closer and try to get his value up.
-
He's throwing batting practice up there
-
87 mph changeup, just awful
-
Thanks ump for blowing that first pitch. You won't see a worse call than that

2nd full game this year where Yoan didn't strikeout!
