QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 02:13 AM) Off the pitcher perfectly to the shortstop. Typical Double play though if it doesn't hit him

Three real good at bats for Avi

4-5 for Anderson. Raised his average a ton last two days

QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 02:01 AM) Who's next up for an audition? EJ or Turner? Turner

Frazier has had some awesome at bats for the last 5 games or so

Abreu doesn't have much behind his swing

When's last time Jackson had a hit with RISP? Don't know what options there are if his horrible hitting continues.

3-4 2b Anderson

QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 12:25 AM) I'd give EJ the next crack at it. But it's looking like we'll need a starter and an OF/DH at the deadline. Gonna need a DH way before end of July

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 01:24 AM) they really hate Erick Johnson, I'm not sure exactly why. He can't be much worse than Danks or this stiff, can he? His fastball was god awful in ST. He's doing decent in AAA

Just for old times sake, I'm still mad at the Rockies for not drafting Hawkins like they were supposed to. Sox were all set to take Stroman

QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 01:15 AM) Reading these posts is really crazy. Amazing how the struggles of this retread Gonzalez can be hung on Danks. When you are in Canada and things go bad is it "things are going North?" Well if Danks didn't suck since his extension, he would have been pitching tonight

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 01:13 AM) Make Gonzalez eat 2 more innings. 3, this is a mercy night for him

QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 01:12 AM) It was a loss either way with Danks starting. I'd rather give an unknown a chance than someone proven to be bad. I think they assumed loss no matter what and wanted to give sale a breather

Well he sucks. Enjoy the minors.

Eaton having the best defensive season I have ever seen from a Sox

Fine with them sacrificing this game. Problem still exists with a punchless offense.

Stroman cruising now. Offense needs to really pick it up this road trip

Jackson flies open so much on his swing. Looks like he's trying to hit a homer way too much.

QUOTE (Baron @ Apr 26, 2016 -> 12:42 AM) They just going to let Avi suffer for a little while longer? Offense from your DH is overrated

I would enjoy listening to Benetti a lot more if he stopped asking so many stupid questions to Stone. He's done a good job outside of the kissing up to Stone, which is the same thing we saw with Swirsky.

This team will need a legit 5th starter at the deadline.

QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 25, 2016 -> 07:10 PM) Other reports say torn MCL. Rudy Gobert said MCL last night...must have been what the players expected

Disappointed to see Avi still in the lineup

Incredible series
