QUOTE (iamshack @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 04:55 AM) That was a ball. That thing was still 3-4 inches below his knees as it crossed the plate. Seems like he's had a big zone today

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 04:52 AM) Nobody sucks more than Flowers Fixed for accuracy

Sure looked low, but yet again, another fail by Flowers.

Need one of those "magic glasses" hits from last year.

Nice 5-4-3

Rodon starting to lose his command

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 04:06 AM) I didn't think Saladino was projected to hit for average either. My point is that they seem to have similar swings, good eyes, good patience, and a little pop. That being said, I'd be overjoyed if Thompson ever hits .280/20/80 in a season. With his defense, that would be incredible. I think he is being a bit overhyped, perhaps because of Klay. I see Trayce as a career 4th outfielder, but a solid one. Good defense, decent speed, and maybe a career .245 hitter. Thompson has way more power

Trayce looks so dangerous at the plate

Nice turn...ha

QUOTE (Knackattack @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 03:30 AM) The bottom of this lineup really kills us In some AL lineups , the 5-6-7-8-9 in the Sox lineup would all be batting 9th

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 03:31 AM) Why Flowers, why? It's astonishing he's still able to be in the majors despite some of the worst swings in baseball

Flowers swinging like he's blind his last two at bats

QUOTE (Jake @ Aug 18, 2015 -> 12:36 AM) Can't believe you'd let the kid play like absolute dogs*** for two straight years before even considering making big changes to his swing He is just a bad hitter. I doubt anyone has ever turned it around to be a productive MLB player after hitting as poorly as he has the last two years repeating AAA.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Aug 17, 2015 -> 06:37 PM) With Sanchez coming around, if Anderson can rake at SS, I'd be more than happy with Saladino-Anderson-Sanchez with Micah DHing. Not nearly enough power in that lineup for me

miguel montero ‏@miggymont26 12m12 minutes ago I have to be honest we have not chance today with Sale he's was from another planet today. It's ok we have to lose sometime #WeAreGood

Whew!! Great pitching effort

Please don't hang one

He's safe

QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Aug 16, 2015 -> 09:51 PM) Roberston is such a f***ing clown. His fastball has not been very effective

Wow, that looked like a routine fly ball

Important to get Bryant, as Rizzo seemingly has an OBP of .900 late in games this year.

QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Aug 16, 2015 -> 09:43 PM) Maybe the Sox should tear down the player development personnel and start all over, too. And their scouting

Wow, that pitch wasn't close to being a strike

Flowers against someone who throws almost all fastballs. Shocked it didn't work.

Let Shuck bat for Flowers here
