Anybody seriously depressed? I mean for real. I don't even feel like going to work tomorrow (then again I never do).
Nope...even you saw this brewing a while ago. It's easier to take now, as I haven't been convinced ONCE during the 2nd half that we were a playoff team.
You know, Sean Tracey deserves a lot of credit for this tailspin. Ever since the Ozzie/Mariotti incident, there's been a terrible vibe surrounding this team.

Well, it was nice saying 'World Champion White Sox" for a little while.
Am I allowed to still keep my 2005 WS DVD?

Boy, this team is really showing a bucnh of heart and ergency to win...
I hate you all.
Ozzie really should be on the hot seat.

season ended right there
It was done well before that. I'd like to congratulate McCarthy though on a pathetic 2nd half of the season.
Well....McCarthy right now looks like another one of the hyped up Sox prospects who doesn't have the physical ability to match their hype. His stuff is mediocre.
That was a bad call on Uribe, but it highlights our hitter's problem of protecting when there's 2 strikes. If you get in the mindset that you're going to protect, we'd avoid a hell of a lot more of these called 3rd strikes we've had.

Thanks Jurassic..Have the St. Paul Saints called yet?
Maybe Everett and Pods can be in the same lineup again next year.
Everett is crazy...but he was dead on regarding the Sox. Chemistry is such a stupid intangible in sports, as good teams are always said to have good chemistry, and bad teams are always said to have bad chemistry.

If you are starting the club, count me in as member #2.
I'm just asking this question again, as I asked it a few weeks ago. The team I see on the field looks like they'd rather be doing anything else than playing baseball.
Good thing we're leaving Buehrle out there to die. Maybe Ozzie will realize next year that a good way to avoid fatigue is to cut down on an inning or so every few starts.
I'm concerned that next season, there's going to be 3 lefties in our division (Rogers, C.C., and Johan) that we have absolutely no chance against. We have got to add some lefty pitching hitting specialist this offseason.
