GREAT PLAY!!! Some very nice defense bailed out some offensive issues tonight. You don't see Crede make the bare-handed play often.

If you've ever seen Wilson face the Cubs good stuff pitchers, you would have had no doubt he'd K vs Jenks.

Crede barely made that play...but it was a nice stretch by Gload.

Nice!!! I still think it was the wrong choice to not have PK bat there, but I'll take it. I just had an epiphany about how spoiled we are when I make a comment about wanting someone to hit for Jim Thome.

Pretty close play at first. An insurance run would be huge. Sanchez might be a tough batter for Jenks leading off the inning.

Buehrle's been getting hit hard. Even Hawk is stating that this game has a terrible feel.

Something to look out for....Carlos Lee hit a homer against Zambrano, and had quite the pose after he hit it. It will be interesting to see if Zambrano throws at him next time.
