If it was the White Sox that scored 16 last night, I'd say we'd be lucky to score 4 the rest of the series. Hopefully Boston has the same issue.

The first 61 games after the All-Star break, 51 of them are against teams below .500. 3 vs. Minnesota, 4 vs. Houston, 3 vs. Arizona. Granted a lot of things could change in 2 months, but the Sox have to take advantage of that schedule. 40-21 I feel is gonna be what they have to go, which will be tough.

I would assume Detroit can't be this bad all year, which sucks because we play them 9 times in August and September. Wasn't it Hawk that said, "It's not who you play, it's when you play them." Something like that anyway.

I ended up with a ball from Tim in the 6th inning of the Field of Dreams game. He tossed it in the stands and I grabbed it. I've always wondered what happened to that ball and would guess a fan ended up with it. After Jose's homer to left in the 1st inning you could see 3 or 4 guys looking for it. Same with Stanton's homer in the 9th. I couldn't see what was going on in right field though.

I follow them closer than I'd like to be honest. I live in "Twins Territory". Last year was a disastor, but winning 1 run games, coming back late in games, answering the opposition in scoring the following at bat, this is what they've been doing most seasons for the last 20 years.

With the way the Sox are playing, the Twins have a shot at being up 7 or 8 games by June 1st.
