  1. Ramirez making it way too close. I didn't actually see what happened until the replay, nice recovery.
  2. OC had to chance to get his rival Renteria out but failed.
  3. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 06:26 PM) Joe Morgan couldn't be more wrong there. I think he's wrong about Dye sacrafacing himself on purpose. But I won't get on Dye for running into that since it could've been a double play.
  4. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 06:22 PM) 3 Sox hitters, 3 balls put in play to the right side. Make it 4.
  5. San Diego was screwed by a bad call. Denver just scored a touchdown went for two and is now up 39-38.
  6. QUOTE (jphat007 @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 06:08 PM) Keep Thornton in IMO Might as well let him try to get a save.
  7. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 05:23 PM) Firewalls ? Fireworks I would assume he's talking about.
  8. QUOTE (SoxFanForever @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 02:11 PM) Don't worry WT. The Bears get to beat them twice as well haha I'm just mad because I'm in a $100 fantasy league (2 of us are on a team so it's $50 apiece) and we were going against Green Bay's defense and Detroit gave them 18 points or something in the last 5 minutes of the game, pretty sucky. Not to mention in our league we have $25 stat of the week thing and since last weeks tied, it's $50 this week. The stat this week is most rushing yards and it looks like we're going to lose that by 4 yards. We have Adrian Peterson who had 160, and Darren MacFadden had 164. So I hate my own team Kansas City as well.
  9. end this Baltimore. 7-2 with bases loaded, no 1 out.
  10. Vikings are giving their game away too. Unbelievable.
  11. QUOTE (knightni @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 01:43 PM) Hmmm... Doesn't really roll off the tongue. How about: 2008 White Sox: Our players have a 20% Medicare Senior Discount! lol nope, doesn't roll very well at all.
  12. 2008 White Sox: The White Sox are not who we thought they were............but they're starting to play like we who thought they were with all the injuries.
  13. 4-0 Baltimore, even though the Orioles starting pitcher named Liz has a career ERA over 7.50.
  14. QUOTE (knightni @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 11:43 AM) I think with Bulger, Jackson and Holt, they can pull out between 7 and 9 wins. How do you think Bulger and Holt will do today, I started them on one of my fantasy teams last week and wasn't happy.
  15. I guarentee they win more than 2 games. This team won 10 games in 2005 and made the playoffs in 2006. They are not that much different than those previous years. The only difference is losing 2 Hall of Fame linemen to retirement, and their quarterback situation (granted those are 2 big problems.) Their defense is young and will continue to get better, the offensive line is young and should get better. They will have a lot of rookies playing this year, meaning they probably won't win more than 4 or 5 games. And I don't like Herm Edwards as a coach, I wish they would've gone in a different direction.
  16. QUOTE (knightni @ Sep 14, 2008 -> 10:35 AM) St Louis 9-7 Atlanta 6-10 Miami 5-11 Kansas City 4-12 San Francisco 4-12 Oakland 3-13 IMO That's a pretty lofty 9 wins for St. Louis in my opinion, we'll see. I'd give them 6 wins or so. I think the rest are accurate, and we all know that there's going to be at least one team who is supposed to be good that'll be in the 4-5 win category. The Bengals or Browns would be my guess.
  17. I'm not going to base one game against Detroit on how good Atlanta is. Miami definately is better than 1 win with Pennington as their quarterback, and until Bulger finds his confidence, St. Louis can't improve.
