I'm not going to base one game against Detroit on how good Atlanta is. Miami definately is better than 1 win with Pennington as their quarterback, and until Bulger finds his confidence, St. Louis can't improve.

Anyone have any idea who's pitching in the Minnesota series? I'm not even going to try to figure it out with all of the rain delays happening. Please no 5th starter, that's all I ask. I would prefere no Vazquez either because I don't like how he performs in big game situations.

K-Rod broke Thigpen's record tonight. This was one of the records I thought that would be very hard to break, because if you're a good team, you're probably going to win by more than 3 runs a lot of times.

9-2 and Baltimore is on their 3rd pitcher in the 3rd inning. I'm not going to watch anymore.

My prediction is since Baines is already #5: 4. Fisk 3. Ventura 2. Buehrle 1. Thomas Fisk and Ventura would be flipped for my second prediction.

On the brighter side, if Toronto holds their lead, we'll gain 1 game on Boston. Granted we'll need a monsterous collapse from them which probably won't happen.

I think I do remember wearing them, but I also don't remember what they looked like. I'm not even sure if our colors were black for them. It's bittersweet, Stone is awesome and will improve the booth, but DJ is a good guy too. Plus he's less of a homer than Hawk. In a perfect world you'd be able to have 3 in the booth to keep DJ, but that wouldn't work as well. I have never seen a tornado, but I would like to sometime. In May of 2008 I was chasing tornadoes, one landed in Parkersburg when I was 30 minutes away. E60 is going to do a story next Tuesday about Parkersburg and the NFL players from there. It should be a good story. Their football team is probably already up 30 and the game hasn't started, they are just that dominant. In the 1999 flood, the bike trail by my house was flooded out, but a friend and I decided to ride on it anyways with 3 feet of water in some spots. It was a pretty stupid thing to do and I almost lost it biking over the creek with a strong current, that was the nearest death experience I've had.

I thought the Twins were always gurenteed the luck. Whatever, hopefully it doesn't come down to that in our favor.
