all of that crap started with 2 outs. If you don't throw a wild pitch, they don't score. Downs and Ryan have both been awesome this year, of course they both have to play poorly when it's against the Twins.

I bet they wont either, but maybe thats b/c the first hitter is the #2 hitter
haha yeah I see that, but I'm still right, haha.

Yeah lets walk Jason Pridie, he of 0 career major league at bats.
They've had so many Jason's the past couple of years. Kubal, Tyner, Bartlett, Pridie, maybe more.

Their outfield defense is special, especially with Span out there. On the other hand, their infield defense is nothing special. Mauer does a phenomenal job behind the plate.
It's probably the fastest outfield in the league, they cover so much ground.

Watching this Twin team closely over the past few weeks I've been thoroughly unimpressed by their team defense and bullpen. 2 things that organization is known for.
Both the bullpen and defense are way better at home. But defense wise it shouldn't matter as much in Toronto because there's artificial turf there as well. Overall the bullpen doesn't impress me either. Nathan obviously is their strength and Reyes isn't too bad, but relying and Bonser, Guardado, and others seem pretty shaky at times.

I thought so too. But the dreaded walks (2 of them) bit them in the ass. Plus...they really didn't have their CF positioned very well against Mauer IMO.
Nope, Mauer is a slice king, most of his power and hits goes to left center.
Is this an NBDL team? Seriously, what a dumb name. Tornadoes would've sounded better and that sucks too. Why not do some sort of Cowboy thing, I know Texas has taken most of those names but I'm sure there's something out there.
The first pitch might have been a ball, but that last pitch looked like a strike to me. Both were close. 3-0 though. Now 3-1, same spot as the 2-0 pitch.
