If a quality start is going 6 or more while allowing 3 runs are less. I don't know what to go going 3 innings or less while allowing 6 runs or more.

Alex Rios seems to go in a pattern the last few years for batting average. 2008 .291 15 79 2009 .247 17 71 2010 .284 21 88 2011 .227 13 44 2012 .315 12 48 so far....

Yikes! The Knights have given up 9 runs in the first. Former major leaguers Nate McLouth, Lew Ford, and Bill Hall all are on Norfolk and McLouth and Hall have both homered.
