The only thing that keeps running through my mind is "okay, where's Thome headed to?" Seems like the only solution if Griffey can't play center anymore. But where the hell would Thome be going? Another AL team in the hunt?

Scott Radinsky used to live down the block from my parents... And if we're talking about just Chicago athletes/personalities, Tom Dore lives near my parents too. Used to run into him at the Dominicks (now it's a Garden Fresh Market) all the time. Last year, I took portrait photos of the Main West Feter basketball team and he was the coach of the 7th grade squad. Real nice fella. Never realized how large of a man he is. I guess standing next to Red Kerr all these years, he doesn't look nearly as huge as he is.

Stoney was on The Score earlier pretty much berating the Cubs for dealing Hamilton for $50k.
