QUOTE(Spiff @ May 3, 2005 -> 03:17 PM) Girls stripping, simulating sex on the ground, etc. To quote a famous case, I know it when I see it. Grow up and have some class for once.

"Hey, skip, just wanted to let you know I'm ready whenever you need me."

QUOTE(danman31 @ May 3, 2005 -> 03:00 PM) For the record you said at Florida, which would imply a school or something that is not a state. You would say in Florida if it was the state. Relax, admit you screwed up, no one cares, and move on.

QUOTE(3E8 @ May 2, 2005 -> 06:23 PM) Can we convert Fields into a 1B? Unless for some unforseen circumstance, that is a very logical transition, done countless times in the history of the game. -
QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ May 2, 2005 -> 05:51 PM) FM transmitter You can find one at Walgreens $14.99.

QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ May 2, 2005 -> 05:47 PM) and i have an Ipod and have 2000 songs on it, its the best investment I've ever made. I don't have the itrip, but I have an FM transmitter, it does the same job. Ipods are great because of the ease of use, plug it into your computer and Itunes does the job. Easy to find the songs you want, etc. Those are most excellent. We use it every trip to and from school.

QUOTE(BigNDfan80 @ May 2, 2005 -> 05:19 PM) Just curious, What are the Sox going to do when they find out about this? You ever see Jay and Silent Bob Stike Back?

QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ May 2, 2005 -> 04:14 PM) Oh no, i'm sure it confused everyone and ruined their day Then why the, "What state is Miami in?"
-
QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ May 2, 2005 -> 03:49 PM) What state is Miami in? Winslow made the quote after a University of Miami versus University of Tennessee football game at the Orange Bowl, the home stadium of the University of Miami Hurricanes in the city of Miami in the state of Florida. However, I'm with Sleepy on this one, from the sounds of it, you were implying he attended the University of Florida in Gainesville.

QUOTE(FGarcia34 @ May 2, 2005 -> 03:43 PM) I was trying to buy tickets for this week's games versus the Royals and the ticketmaster thing says that theres is a discount for White Sox Friends and Family. Does anyone know what this is and if so if I can use it? Your friend/family member can't hook this up?

Remind me when I compared those guys to the best pitcher to have ever played the game? My memory fails me.

QUOTE(Steff @ May 2, 2005 -> 03:31 PM) Sometimes smart guys do stupid things.. http://espn.go.com/mlb/news/2002/1113/1460453.html Rowand: 'My dirt bike days are over' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Associated Press CHICAGO -- Chicago White Sox outfielder Aaron Rowand was scheduled for surgery Wednesday after being injured in an off-road dirt bike accident. Rowand broke two ribs and the his left shoulder blade. He also bruised his left shoulder in the accident earlier this month. Rowand said he was riding trails near Las Vegas with his brother-in-law and was traveling 20 mph before hitting a "hump.'' That sent him flying headfirst over the handle bars, and Rowand tumbled down a 25-foot embankment. "My dirt bike days are over,'' Rowand told the Daily Herald of Arlington Heights. "It's going to be sold.'' That Rowand...what a prick/genius he is; same goes for that damn Jay Williams too.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ May 2, 2005 -> 03:16 PM) Damn dude, don't take s*** so literal. And relax. Let us have our fun while Garland has torn the AL a new one. You got it all wrong. I'm a Garland backer, check out the post history, it's there. In fact, I was the first to argue he turned the corner this season. (Wait, wait, before you even start MoS, I know you're his biggest fan and you've always loved him and he's the best thing since sliced bread; I'm referring to this season). That said, "Cy Garland?" :headshake Before you know it, we'll have "We Got Wood" shirts and we'll start blowing up baseballs. Oh, another thing: rest assured, I'm quite relaxed.

QUOTE(T R U @ May 2, 2005 -> 03:13 PM) :sleep No worries, by this rate he'll be there in no time.
