Calm down everyone, just treat it like you were watching it on an opponents telecast, because that's basically what it was. It was Cubs announcers on a Cubs station, they are going to choose a Cub's player of the game. We all know that A-Row played better, but D-Lee was the player of the game for the Cubs. There are better things to get worked up about.

Are we expected to land Vasquez in the offseason and isn't Contreras still signed through 06? I think it's also a lot to assume that everyone of our big prospects (BMac, Sweeney, Anderson, Fields, & Honel) will all pan out. I'm fairly certain that BMac will, but I would definately be happy if 3 of 4 out of Sweeney, Anderson, Fields, & Honel turned out. But if all were to go as plan I agree, that would be one hell of a team
