  1. Very annoying when bucks hit shots because it always seems like it is huge volume, but you just have to weather the storm until they realize they are terrible. Great job by Rose, I assume, I only saw the last ten seconds.
  2. Avi and laroche are such a wonderful back to back after the meat of the order. You really know you will get the end of the inning and that consistency is reassuring.
  3. I think he's out but they won't overturn
  4. Ugh god I'm glad baseball has reviews but god they are so annoying
  5. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Apr 23, 2015 -> 09:25 AM) Also, go Spurs go. They're my favorite non-Bulls team. I don't get these people who say they're not entertaining. The players and the ball are constantly moving around the floor. Who cares if they don't dunk a lot? I don't think anyone has said spurs of last 3-4 years are not entertaining. The spurs of 98-07 though were not entertaining, this is not the same team or style.
  6. Could anyone kindly post some stats? I'm on a plane and mlb.com is too much to load. Just some top hitters and pitcher
  7. QUOTE (shysocks @ Apr 22, 2015 -> 09:45 AM) Seems to me Robin had two equally valid yet problematic options. The real problem is that the Sox scored fewer than three runs for the 7th time in 13 games. Every decision gets magnified when that is happening. I am not a fan of Robin, but come on guys - not everything is his fault. very true, and so depressing.
  8. QUOTE (WhiteSoxLifer @ Apr 22, 2015 -> 09:49 AM) Honestly even Abreu is not producing what he is capable of. He has been at the plate alot with runners on and in scoring position and strikes out or hits into an out. Plus he isn't hitting Lhp right now. He's hitting .143 against left handed pitchers and .091 vs starting left handed pitchers Yep, after opening inning home run, Jose came up twice with RISP and k'd.
  9. Carlos was also warming up for 1.5 innings. So, yes, this bullpen stint is very strange for him.
  10. Yeah, honestly may be a blessing. You want to see competitive losses (i.e. not 42-0 halftime games) and some exciting young talent develop. But if we already thought 8-8 was best chance, this will help just keep us lower half and get another chance at elite talent.
  11. I was watching Rodon in bullpen before he went out. He was all over the place there too, and you could see everyone just telling him to slow down. I thought Moss was a good batter to go against too, but he was not near plate.
  12. I guess it's early, but our first 25 games were against the division. Many of us wanted to get in the playoffs, and being so horribly inept against the pitching in the central is...white sox baseball, catch the fever. The team is hilarious right now. Everything you would imagine as a strength (except sale) has been a weakness. I bet we'd have all thought we'd be cooking in situations where micah and eaton get on base to start an inning! Ooooh that speed! Just make contact and they'll score...unless you are the 2015 white sox, who somehow manage to hit double plays and strike out 3 x in a row to end these threats. They cannot string together hits, attack hitters with strikes, or run the bases, and our corner defense is probably the worst in the league. The fact that we cannot do this for the first month of the season, the month that players are most well rested, healthy and mentally prepared, does not scream "It'll come around!" to me. I'm not even sure we can match last years win total.
  13. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 21, 2015 -> 04:13 PM) I would hope Noesi can make it into the 6th, if not we are probably going to lose for sure Our seats are right behind bullpen, will be so pumped for rodon.
