Bmac is the one prospect I'd really like to hang on to, however if you can use him to get Huddy I'd pack Brandon's bags for him. Our rotation would be absolutely nasty and if then we were able to get to the playoffs and throw huddy, buehrle and freddy out there we'd have a great shot at winning the whole damn thing, jmo.

I completely agree, I really like Chacon. I too was puzzled when they decided to make him the closer after a real solid year as a starter.

This is true. Like Cerb said I'm sure Schuerholtz knows what he's doing, however I personally don't like this trade for them. I've seen Jose pitch and I think he's going to be a fricken stud.

Just looked at the bluejays board and here's what I found:Just heard this on the Score from Jeff Blair of the Globe and Mail... Are you a Paul Konerko fan? Hope so because according to Blair either Konerko or Carlos Lee could be headed to the Jays in a blockbuster that would see, gulp, Eric Hinske and/or Miguel Batista with prospects going the other way. To put this in perspective Konerko is owed $8M next year which is the final year of his contract. I think Hinske makes between $3 and $5 mill and Batista makes 3.5M so the Jays would be taking on some payroll. Batista is a pretty solid pitcher but the thing that worries me about him is his era was over 6 after the allstar break last year :puke . Hinske would provide some left handed pop that the sox could use. I'm not really up to date on what Toronto has down in the minor leagues but I'm sure someone else could help me out on that.

Got my hannakah presents yesterday and got a sox sweatshirt a sox hat and one of the sox gift certificates. My main gift for Christmas is going to be another authentic jersey, I just haven't figured out who I want yet, I'm waiting for them to make their move for a starting pitcher and then I'll decide.

I think it's an after thought now. Before I would have loved Sanchez but with Dye there is no room for him. I think carlos has improved to much just to shove him over to first base but that's jmo.

Hopefully if we don't have enough money to sign Polanco, Cairo will be the guy that Kenny picks up, I'd love to have Miguel on this club.
