Ever heard of robbie alomar??? Aaron would be a perfect number 3 hitter, he gots on base, he can run and he does have some pop and ability to drive in runs. Remember robbie batted third in that crazy lineup that cleveland had in the 90's when they had a couple more guys that had more power then him.

Aaron is definitely untouchable in my mind. He was our best defender last year, he was our best basestealer last year and he was our best overall hitter last year, the guy does everything, he's young and he's cheap, you can't trade him.

Yeesh, I want Rj as much as anyone but that's a boatload to give up. First off if the outfielder is aaron rowand then move on, cause rowand has to be untouchable in my mind. I have no problem giving up sweeney in any deal at all. I really wouldn't want to give up damaso but I would definitely like to hang onto him because I love the way the pen is setup now. Garland would have to go, so no problems there. I think a deal like this would all depend on who that outfielder would be, imo. I'm fairly confident now that Rj will end up with the sox though. He's the guy kenny has really wanted and any package the yankees offer we can offer better, RJ will be pitching for the sox this year, I'm just hoping we don't give up to much.

This team will most likely score less runs then last year but has a chance to be more consistant. Who cares if the cell is a hitters park, you can still build your team around smallball. We've had these juggernaut offenses for the last couple of years and it has got us no where, screw that, I'm tired of living by the homer. It's time to run more and manufacture runs.
