Im paying about 4 dollars a gallon down here in the loop. Thats highway robbery IMO. Of course meals have risen to at least 12 dollars, beers are 7 at some places and cable is 200 bucks, so who knows.

Flew off the handle on his first thought of the trade, without looking at the roster, and without looking at contracts and free agent markets. Its going to happen, I would be surprised if any writers from Chicago are in favor of the trade. You will see a few in other areas though.

There's not many other prospects out there who have the FB / Slider combo that he has. I think you're seriously underrating him only because 1 - He doesn't have a good 3rd pitch yet (which can be developed) and; 2 - He only reached high A ball at the end of 2007. He had a good season, many scouts project him as a bullpen arm because of his lack of a third pitch, hes all ceiling, hes not even a top 50 prospect, let alone 10. Hes also not our top prospect.

DLS DLS!!!!!! Come on. This is making the team set for the next 4 years at least with a young core of players, and some vets that can be traded or let go for spects.
