Wiscy's two one-off conference games, OSU and MSU AT HOME. You p**** Bo. -
Leaving minny 1-0 all time at target center. Nice field, quiet fans. And why the hell is everyone here white?

QUOTE (farmteam @ May 13, 2013 -> 02:38 PM) We've switched places, I'm briefly in Chicago. You been to Target Field before? Absolutely gorgeous. Make sure to get a Kramarczuk's brat. Would have preferred a Tuesday start for the Hawks also. Oh well. Once before but briefly, never for a Sox game. Looking forward to the 91 degree weather. -

We should trade our bad players for players that will be better. Like it. -

QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 13, 2013 -> 11:20 AM) Wed/Sat wastes so much time, plus giving Detroit time to regroup only playing 2 games in the 6 days after ending a 7 game series. Really would have liked Tues/Thu but looks like the other 2 series took tomorrow. It sucks, however it opens me up for the twins game on tuesday night, on the road. -

QUOTE (Brian @ May 13, 2013 -> 05:06 AM) I have a hard time seeing OSU in 2nd place next year. They struggled to score most of the time with Thomas this year. I didn't think they would be as good as they were this year either, so who knows. D-Fense *clap-clap* D-Fense -
Sometimes its better for your stress level to write these things down on a piece of paper and throw it away. Could be therapeutic for you.

Also I've said this before. Noah was probably one of my if not the most hated draft pick any Chicago team has ever taken. I hated his ass at Florida and I thought the pick was pure garbage. Not sure anyone has ever proven me so wrong. So glad we have him.

QUOTE (StrangeSox @ May 10, 2013 -> 01:57 PM) What the author did "on accident" could be meaningful and say something about the author or the culture/society/times they lived in, though. Thats actually exactly what I like. -

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ May 10, 2013 -> 10:04 PM) Zetterberg & Datsuyk just won't go away, game 7 on Sunday. Quack quack. Lets. Go. Wings. -
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 10, 2013 -> 11:10 PM) This post followed by sad sums up my evening. Yeah well, its a miracle we are competitive. If the Heat lost their top two players and one of their other guards they wouldnt be nearly as fired up as us. I like our coach, and watching this team compete shows me how much he contributes to this team's overall attitude.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ May 10, 2013 -> 01:15 PM) I think reviewers treat books a lot like reviewers treated Lost. You throw enough s*** in there and someone will make weird connections that were never intended, but the author will take credit for looking like a genius. True. For some authors the "imagery" was something they did on accident because thats how they were feeling when the wrote a book and then the reader/teacher looks into that emotion and makes a whole topic out of it. -

QUOTE (StrangeSox @ May 10, 2013 -> 11:59 AM) Burn all 19th Romantic literature. Expunge it from the face of the Earth. I couldn't get into Joyce in high school, but I've re-read some of his stuff recently and enjoyed it. Yeah, its one of those types of books that takes more concentration than most folks have in HS. English and literature was one of the only things I liked about school and I had a teacher than took an interest in me and made me sort of dissect books as I read them which helped me immensely. I couldnt agree more with your first point. Hate most of that entire genre. -

Wuthering Heights I hated. Most of the books I was assigned I liked alot. I really liked the stream of consciousness books like Joyce and Faulkner. Heart of Darkness by Conrad was one of my personal favorites. -

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ May 10, 2013 -> 10:09 AM) Tampa was the 3rd worst team in the league. I know their defense was mostly to blame, but you aren't gonna get many MVP votes when your team is that bad. Leading the lead in scoring has to count for something. -
QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 9, 2013 -> 04:21 PM) I read an article yesterday that the Mortgage Bankers Association is projecting a rise of 30 year loans rates to 4.4 by the end of the year. No idea what the basis for that is and it just might be the association wants to create some nice marketing to force another uptick in refi's, haha. Realistically, it is based upon improvements in the economy. Yeah, get into the sub 3's while they still exist. I think as the rates go up the market will correct it self a little.

QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 9, 2013 -> 03:38 PM) I guess this would go here. Teacher died at the game after choking on a hot dog. So sad. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-leag...-211543867.html How is there nobody around that knows the heimlich? I know how to do it on myself for god sakes.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 9, 2013 -> 03:35 PM) Closed escrow on our new place on Monday. Putting in new wood floor right now. Moving in in about 10 days. Pretty excited, but very house-poor, haha. Congrats im jealous.

QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ May 9, 2013 -> 03:32 PM) Really, really vaguely spoiler-y. Just did it in case. Yeah, I deleted that part from my post. I dont know if its only obvious to us or not.

They are both so hot -
Lebron can elbow anyone at any time. It's never a foul.
