IMO there are really 2-3 different kind of smart phone users and you have to have certain things in place to capture one of those bases. 1. Casual phone users/heavy app users-folks that use apps, and lots of them. They know things about their phone that I never will 2. Business users/email/calls-rarely open apps, use things like webex, email, dropbo/box.com and corp info 3. Old people that cant see their phone-get a jitterbug you old farts
