a few things.....this saves us 10 million, and floyd and gio become our #1 and #2 pitching prospects, but i think we coulda more...like a major league ready reliever....but to me this trade reeks of more trades to come....williams acquiring young pitching to trade for other parts

theres almost no doubt in my mind that if this trade goes through...theres another deal on the horizon...maybe its buerhle +broadway for arod or mccarthy for crawford....but if this deal happens we still have 6 starting pitchers, and if deal buerhle, we have 5 starters all locked up for 2-3 years
