Colin Kaepernick was awesome Saturday night, but you need to be good for a few years before you can put his name next to the top guys. It will be interesting to see how Wilson, Kaepernick and RG3 play next year once the league adjusts to them.

The only thing Chip Kelly can bring to the NFL from his offense is the up tempo, anything else would get killed. People seem to be obsessed with getting a big name coach. Sean Payton, Mike McCarthy, Mike Tomlin. All no names when they got hired.

Mike Holmgren as just a coach and nothing more would be pretty good. He has been awful at making personal choices. He might be a little too old to deal with Cutler.

Packers o-line was banged up this year, but some of those sacks are on Rodgers. He tends to hold on to the ball. Which isn't always a bad thing. It's part of the reason he has so few interceptions every year. He also can get out of trouble and make crazy throws.

Also Henry Melton is a free agent and Cutler is one year away. Big money.

I don't know how the Bears could afford Long without cutting Peppers.
