  1. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 03:51 PM) What is wrong with Packers fans? I've never seen a fanbase that is less capable of enjoying a good team humbly. Jeez, when the Bears are good, I'm just thankful. This one piece of s*** coworker I have is a Packers fan (interesting, seeing as he's from the Southside of Chicago). The assbag walks into my office every day talking s*** about the Bears. Since week 10 ended with Jay Cutler's hand exploded, I have told him every time "the Bears season is over, yes, everyone in the world is well-aware that the Packers have a good record." Every time, it does not matter. The cocksucker Packer fan comes back thinking I care. Honestly, what the Packers do doesn't really matter to me. They are clearly a great team, and have been for awhile now. Just enjoy it. No one here is ever saying the Packers are a bad football team. How come the word s*** gets blocked out, but not the word cocksucker? Packer fans are sensitive.
  2. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 03:08 PM) Who has the Packers beat? Lets see the Bears(2), Minnesota (2), Denver, Rams, KC, Bucs, San Diego, Carolina, and Oakland. I believe the Packers also have the worse Def.. They beat the Saints, Falcons, Giants and Lions(2). All of those teams are in the playoffs. They beat the Lions Sunday without their 4 best players. How are the Packers the worst D in football?
  3. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 03:03 PM) great defense almost always trumps great offense. Yeah if it was 1986. Those days are long gone.
  4. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 02:53 PM) Both teams will lose to the Brees. The Brees is gonna feel the breeze of the Green Bay ice winds. Or something like that.
  5. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 02:39 PM) The Packers haven't played a defense in the top 10 all season.. The 49ers earned that top 10 D by beating St.Louis(2), Arizona(2), Seattle(2), Cleveland, Washington, Cincy and the almighty Tampa Bay Bucs.
  6. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 01:24 PM) Agree with that. I will say this, I don't want any head coach who also wants to be GM. Yep. See Mike Sherman in Green Bay. Awful.
  7. Reggie McKenzie is a name you are going to hear a lot of. Director of Football Operations from the Packers. Oakland also might take a look at him.
  8. I don't know why anyone would want Polian. Have you see that dudes past few drafts. Ugh.
  9. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 2, 2012 -> 11:24 AM) since when were you unable to read sarcasm? I got your sarcasm. Someone else said it more seriously. I've never actually heard of a system qb in the NFL.
  10. QUOTE (DrunkBomber @ Jan 2, 2012 -> 02:33 PM) Playing in bad weather will hurt Green Bays offense too. If you look at the teams in the NFC playoffs going to Green Bay isnt as big a disadvantage as it seems. The Saints have very comparable receiving weapons to the Packers with probably the best option between both teams being Jimmy Graham. The Saints also have a better offensive line and the x factor being the Saints having a much better stable of running backs. So if the weather is awful then the Saints are more equipped to keep the ball on the ground. Atlanta has been on fire lately and as the Packers know momentum going into the playoffs can be huge. Michael Turner could have a huge game against the Pack in Green Bay too. San Fran has the defense and running game which is a better formula for bad weather but if they got down vs Green Bay they dont have the offensive firepower to keep up. The Giants are hot right now and have essentially played playoff games the past 2 weeks. As someone else said they have the pass rushers to disrupt the passing game too. Eli, Cruz, Nicks and Co also can handle bad weather. I dont think the Lions could beat the Pack considering they lost to them without the MVP yesterday. I dont think it matters though because I dont see Detroit getting past New Orleans anyway. I don't think the weather will be a problem. It was pretty windy yesterday in Green Bay and that didn't seem to bother either team.
  11. System quarterbacks don't lead the NFL in touchdown passes thrown outside the pocket.

I thought Hesher was a good movie. A bit sad.
  13. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Dec 27, 2011 -> 10:11 AM) If the Saints win & the 49ers lose, then the Saints get the 1st round bye so he does have a reason to play. Granted the 49ers are playing St. Louis, but the Saints lost there this season, so anything can happen. I forgot about that 49ers game. Speaking of St. Louis, rumor is that Gruden might be coaching there next year.
  14. I think it would be funny if Brady broke the record next week. Brees doesn't really need to play next week, but the Patriots need to win to keep home field advantage. I would guess in the next couple of years you could see this record fall again.
  15. I bet Gio Gonzalez can't for that no trade clause. Nationals have some nice pitching.
  16. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 21, 2011 -> 09:31 AM) It's already Dec. 22 in Japan, portions of Russia, and the Pacific Ocean. Have they checked in?
  17. What if they were off a year and it's today!!
  18. Nothing will change in North Korea. They will still be living in 1984 land.
  19. It would have been awesome if the Packers went undefeated this year, but the goal is to win the Super Bowl. Now the Packers need to get healthy. The Chiefs played a really good game.
  20. @AschNBA Steve Aschburner Keith Bogans waived by Chicago Bulls.
  21. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 15, 2011 -> 08:36 PM) How the hell did the Jaguars win any games Why does it seem like they are on prime time every week losing by 35 points. Why the NFL thought it would be awesome to give them 3 prime time games is a great mystery.
