dude is roided up beyond belief.

bacon likes a lox breakfast sandwich, point in his favor. I can def see if you're based in Chicago seeing the PNW trip as a little bit of magic. It is a crazy beautiful place in late summer.

welcome to seattle, bro.

nice drone shot of south docks seattle.

eh, it's about as good as we can get given the arm talent. katz is doing a solid job imo.

and there ya go. filthy curve meatball right down middle.

that is a filthy curve.

Martin reminds me of Gavin Floyd. he doesn't really know where any of his pitches are going, that's a 50/50 proposition but on the right night can work. crazy movement, little control.

Venable just seems like a laid back dude but can also tell it how it needs to be said. His tactics are mediocre but I can see being a young player and enjoying playing for him. Latin and US guys both.

yup.

oof baldwin fastball center cut fouled off. almost never ends well.

most nights having a lefty heavy lineup will pay off.

nice play teal.

How was that not at least knocked down?

I'll say this I do think John is better without Stone. I'll take Stone gone.

robots.

Sosa has played himself into the core 4-5 position players.

I had a feeling he was going to homer, NGL.

The woo is coming threw.

If Vaughn gets his career together its an indictment of both him and Chicago imo. But I don't think he's anything more than a 1.5 WAR player next year, and he'll be deep into arb so barely even worth it best case.

They def told him to sell out for pull power and if he runs into one the other way so be it. It's working clearly. Look at that huge load mechanism tho. That will get figured out. It's probably the type of change he only would have embraced after being in AAA and getting traded for a fellow DFA candidate. I was heckling him last year telling him he needed to pull the ball more. Sheets told me I should be a hitting coach with a sarcastic tone. Maybe he was right.

He played the field the other day. Maybe he's still having some issues swinging.

Going tmr for Ichiro Funcopop night. Meeting up with some people before but got my own ticket for the once a year occasion. Sitting 25th row behind Sox dugout. Going to be in a positive spirit this year compared to last year. Def will give Will some praise and Colson and others.

Perfect weather for the series. There's some wildfire smoke around but shouldn't be an issue, might be a little red haze on the broadcast, it's high up in the sky.
