Tanking? With the new draft system? More genius moves I guess. Some fans are too zoomed out, no offense but you're way too zoomed in. The fair POV is not that they are tanking and rebuilding it's that they just freaking suck at their jobs. An endless rebuild isn't a rebuild it's just bad baseball. We're still a legit 20 war on the position player side from even being an average team. That's pretty disheartening.

I mean there are examples of extremely cheap franchises outperforming the White Sox recently, a couple in our own division. I agree JR is a massive problem, probably the worst owner in baseball, but on his own merits Getz has done pretty poorly so far. Getz is lucky that the Rockies have taken some heat off imo.
