When bad habits don't change, you try new things, simple as that. This team has been offesively stupid for years now and no one's gonna say Walker has *nothing* to do with it.

Fixed for you. You haven't noticed the s*** going on so far has been an epidemic with this team for YEARS??? You'd think if Walker was noticing this swinging for the fences crap that something would be said and it would have changed a bit by now. I mean let's get real here.

What I'm wondering is how many years we have to see this crap before someone here acknowledge that something has to change with this coaching staff. No matter what out roster looks like, EVERY YEAR our guys play fundamentally terrible.

I despise Ozzie perhaps more than anyone else here, but you are correct. Ozzie was not at all at fault for this loss. Yeah, for such a stacked-looking team their start has been pretty pathetic.

One thing that I really tire of is what appears to me to be this mentality in the late innings that someone has to be a hero and hit a dinger to win the game... rather than simply try to just take the normal approach and string some its together.

Which will pretty much mean the Sox conceding this year. I can't imagine "All in" leading to getting busted after only a month and a half.
