  1. Yea man right on
  2. It’s been a while since I saw Caulfield bring out the nerf guns for Tatis. It brings a tear to my eye, I feel like singing Vampire weekend “giving up the gun” so loud rn
  3. Todd was just bad. Navarro was bad and mad at us about it lol
  4. This is true. Although the complaint with Navarro was “please don’t let him ever pitch” where Javy was “don’t let him start the 6th with a close lead”
  5. Not really but this argument isn’t going anywhere
  6. All talk of Javy being good, actually, ended when he put the Sox uniform on. I cannot recall a more disappointing pitcher and a more unified fan response
  7. This doesn’t remind me at all of that. Javy fell apart at 5-6 innings, every time. The minute we saw him starting to flail around we would be like “TAKE HIM OUT” and that lasted his entire tenure. Cease was brilliant , then had an ok year, this team bottomed out and we had to scramble to trade him because we never bothered to extend him and then he decided to hang with Boras so some people convinced themselves Cease isn’t as good as we thought. i honestly don’t think anything is similar to Javy
  8. I honestly wonder if any of this had to do with the Sox changing Networks. Maybe NBC gummed up the works and refused to allow the post to air
  9. This is word salad buddy. Have a good one
  10. I don’t remember Frank tearing his Achilles, I thought it was all in his foot
  11. He definitely had his share of miscues but if I remember right, Frank had foot surgery in the offseason and Jerry Manuel was trying to make him run shuttle drills in early February. I’m gonna side with Frank there
  12. He did over throw it though. He allowed the stolen second base because of an overthrown fastball that surprised Maldonado and he couldn’t grab it (even though he should have) and then the wild pitch and Gimenez got to third. i knew Robert had no chance when the camera settled on him. He took a step to the left and then backwards and he was so obviously flat footed. Now, I thought he would at least ATTEMPT a throw but whatever lol
  13. Respecting a player also means accepting when it’s time to move on, and unfortunately you never come to that realization
  14. I am 100 percent with you, I really wish it didn’t keep forcing itself into my view
  15. That was basically the final blow, yea
  16. I just really think he had built this huge public image of being smooth and awesome and then that facade was broken when the social media stuff started, and he just has not been able to find that again. I do think it’s mostly mental
  17. So you think his knee injury last year was as big as a factor in his decline as Albert Belles hip? Didn’t TA start to fall off the prior .500 season second half and then it never got better
  18. I mean, Jeter was a single superstar in New York enjoying life. TA has now TWICE had baby mama drama on social media in 3 years
  19. Wandering eye doesn’t make babies ? but a dick sure does
  20. How is it that Tim is the only guy in the MLB that’s being consistently outed on social media like this lol. I know that dude is not the only guy in pro sports with a wandering dick so how the hell is he the only one that’s getting busted lol
  21. Not a good time to be unemployed!
  22. I can very much deny that I want his shitty glove replacing anyone on this field. Did you even look at their stats
  23. Probably because Klay is a low res version of what we remember
  24. Bummer was so weird in how he could just straight up own someone in one inning and the next you could see it in his eyes that he was rattled and was gonna give up the big hit. And while the defense behind him was atrocious he literally never could get past it he also was a huge fan of walking lefties first thing. That was fun
