  1. Hopefully Dye will be batting 3rd.
  2. Xylophone lessons are more entertaining then following this thread.
  3. QUOTE (GreatScott82 @ Aug 25, 2009 -> 10:09 AM) lol how do you know that? All the signs are there. Trust me.
  4. QUOTE (klaus kinski @ Aug 25, 2009 -> 09:54 AM) Guillen is slow to change Off topic but I have no idea why guys like that girl in your sig. She's hideous and about 3 years from being overweight.
  5. Holy crap G&T, That's got to be an awful feeling.

    "How Many?" Game

    QUOTE (Tex @ Aug 25, 2009 -> 09:04 AM) Let's kill the alphabet game. This is another simple game, ask a question that starts how many . . . the next person answers the question and asks another. How many times have you eaten fast food in August? Less than 3 times. How many times have you *ahem* in the past week?
  9. At this point I feel that we have about a 15% chance of making the playoffs. The only hope I have left is that Peavy does well when he gets called up and sparks the team like Sabathia did last year or Cliff Lee this year. If he does poorly right off the bat then it's time to think about 2010 and who we're keeping out of our slew of overpaid old timers.
  10. I would wait until his average dips below .245 before making the move. Ozzie and I are on the same page.
  11. My goodness. Why is this still going on?
  12. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Aug 25, 2009 -> 06:58 AM) That doesn't sound all that tough to me. No kidding. Just because we can't beat Cleveland and Minny doesn't mean other teams will have trouble with them. And you consider playing the White Sox a tough part of their schedule? Last I checked we didn't give them much trouble when we played them and we're playing some of our worst ball all year.
  13. So in the first round of the playoffs do we make Jose our first or second starter?
  14. You just gotta tip your cap to the Red Sox tonight. They had some very patient ABs.
  15. Twins win again. They'll overtake us before we even go to NY.
  16. QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Aug 24, 2009 -> 09:45 PM) Should this season end poorly for he and the Sox he would be a focal point Just became a complete non-factor for the entire 2nd half of the season. Most guys have career years when their contracts are up.
  17. Dye is down to .267. We has around .305 not too long ago. Any casual fan could tell you he's absolutely brutal right now but Ozzie still thinks he should bat 3rd.
  18. Our bullpen should be in good shape for tomorrow. I'm sure Freddy will go deep into the game.
  19. QUOTE (LosMediasBlancas @ Aug 24, 2009 -> 03:13 PM) If I may butt in here...according to Y2HH, your biceps are not being worked to their full potential because they get used so heavily during your back excersises. How long have you been doing this split? What are the results?? Maybe I should do back solo and work in biceps with shoulders?
  20. Y2HH, What about my current routine? Do you see any issues with primary/secondary muscles being worked on the same day? Chest Legs/triceps Shoulders Back/Biceps I throw in a an ab routine on days where I have more free time.
  21. QUOTE (Controlled Chaos @ Aug 24, 2009 -> 12:14 PM) 100% Italian (50% Calabrese - 25% Sicilian 25% Neapolitan) 3rd generation here. So what's the ratio of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry?
