  1. "They pay me (max-contract money) for a reason. I didn’t say anything, and I wish I did. From now on, I need to speak up," Hibbert said after the game. LeBron James got two easy layups on back-to-back possessions as Pacers coach Frank Vogel kept Hibbert on the bench at the end of overtime. It's a decision Vogel's been ridiculed for ever since the final buzzer sounded and rightly so.
  2. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:45 PM) You say that once a day. Get off me. Completely inaccurate statement.
  3. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:58 PM) He is making half a million dollars a year. I doubt he is out of options in life. Shut up with your accurate statements and let me make funny statements.
  4. QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:53 PM) The Colorado Avalanche just tweeted: The Avalanche have reached an agreement in principle with Patrick Roy to become the franchise's Head Coach / VP of Hockey Operations That was leaked days ago. I can't imagine that lazy bastard as a head coach. I bet he'd still be a damn quality backup in the league.
  5. QUOTE (pettie4sox @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:38 PM) I spit out my water on my work terminal after reading Steve call J4L a f***ing idiot for his comments. I'm getting canned, thanks jerk. You are most welcome, sir.
  6. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:23 PM) Other than the fact it's true, what's dumb about it? It's quite possibly the dumbest s*** ever posted on this board. And that says a lot.
  7. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:27 PM) she is pretty hot. She has a good sex scene with Ray Liotta in some movie I dont even know the name to. Perfect set Nice, didn't even think to Google. Ray Liotta with his lips on her tits. Hilarious. It's nice to know that every generation of actresses at one point had to resort to taking her top off and having a sex scene with some washed up actor.
  8. QUOTE (Brian @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:08 PM) She's in my Top 5. I know she's honored. Her loins just melted.
  9. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:15 PM) PaulGeorgeisAmoreATHLETICversion of Pippen I didn't say he was a better player. You said he was a "more athletic Scottie Pippen". Don't back track. Option A - Scottie Pippen Option B - MORE ATHLETIC Scottie Pippen Option B wins. All day.
  10. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:53 PM) George is a more athletic version of Scottie Pippen. You are a f***ing idiot.
  11. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:49 PM) I understand your point, but he's not Melo...there have been a number of instances where he's made the pass in this situation...yes, you have to be prepared for a LBJ drive, but as everyone has pointed out, George had him checked pretty well late in the game... 2.2 seconds. If he somehow catches the ball, drives around PG, sees Hibbert, decides to pass, finds an open asshole, dishes to said asshole, said asshole hits a shot, all within that REALLY F*CKING SHORT TIME FRAME - well, good game. Make someone else beat you. Or give Paul George zero help with one of the best interior defenders and shot blockers in the league sitting on the bench and watch a 4-time MVP put in an uncontested layup.
  12. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:35 PM) Flowers is out of options right? Both in baseball and in life, I would imagine.
  13. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:37 PM) I'll remember when he You beat my brain.
  14. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:39 PM) And Hibbert had to be on the floor to accomplish this? This is all on Paul George. It's pathetic he's getting a free pass for some horrificly bad defense. It's LeBron James with 2.2 seconds left. There's no reason to not try your best to ensure he doesn't beat you. Making anyone guard LeBron 1-on-1 in a pressure situation with 2.2 seconds left, f***ing even Michael Jordan, would be just stupid. And it was. 2.2 seconds. Help defense. It's not rocket science.
  15. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:06 PM) Ooog ooga bunga donuts did not debut in the ice age
  16. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:31 PM) Yeah, I've seen it a few times. And it still means nothing. When LeBron blew by George in rapid fashion like he did there's nothing you can do at the point. Except have a 7 footer in front of him so he has to put up a runner/awkward contested shot vs... again... a layup?
  17. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:15 PM) And in last night's case he's guarding Battier or Bosh and is nowhere near the rim anyway. Once LeBron flew by George, that was it. It was either going to be a layup, dunk or foul. Why? That's exactly what the Pacers would have wanted - let anyone but LeBron beat you. I'll take Bosh throwing up an open 3 any day over LeBron with an open... layup.
  18. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 23, 2013 -> 03:07 PM) What the hell did this video prove? Nothing we didn't already know - that you talk out of your ass.
  19. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 23, 2013 -> 02:20 PM) 2 tonight. I like Toews popping the Red Wing tire. I do believe he's netting 2 tonight.
  20. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 23, 2013 -> 01:15 PM) That is f***ing brilliant.
  21. Josh Phegley is batting .333/.400/.651 with 10 home runs and 28 RBI through 34 games at Triple-A Charlotte. Phegley is having a breakout year offensively and currently leads the International League with a .651 slugging-percentage. The White Sox would ideally wait until mid-June to promote Phegley to avoid Super 2 status, but they might not be able to resist calling him up for much longer with Tyler Flowers and Hector Gimenez struggling. per rotoworld.
  22. QUOTE (pettie4sox @ May 23, 2013 -> 12:36 PM) LMAO. You don't already have Monday off? Oh s***. Didn't even think of that. My wife will be so annoyed when I do nothing but watch 15 episodes of Arrested Development on Monday.
