This was the walk off winner that forever endeared me to Gordon Beckham and solidified the jersey purchase decision.

I remember fondly that summer of love that Gordon Beckham got called up. Once he started hitting, man did he hit. I was sure we had a future 3-hitter on our side. One expensive jersey purchase later, he just brings feelings of sadness. That said, he will forever have a great intro song.

You mean fully rely on Don Cooper to manage the pitching staff. Ozzie delegated well in the early seasons.

I think I might go ahead and get drunk for Penguins/Bruins tonight as I expect a much closer outcome than Game 1.
