QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 11, 2012 -> 02:54 PM) Nick Friedell @ESPNChiBulls Ronnie Brewer just said his exit interview went well and Gar and Pax told him they would do all they could to bring him back next year. I hope not. We need offense out of that spot and hopefully GarPax realizes it.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 11, 2012 -> 02:36 PM) No, but at the same time, what other options are out there? Self-mutilation and the realization that the window has slammed shut on our dicks.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 11, 2012 -> 02:30 PM) The most interesting thing will be Dwight Howard. After the way the season ended down there with SVG telling the world that Dwight tried to get him fired, does Howard go back on to the trading block? Maybe Rose learned something about winning a title by himself and can swallow his pride and ask Dwight to come here? Who else out there is a realistic possibility for the Bulls? Honestly, after all the theatrics, do you really think Dwight to Chicago is a good idea?

That was a sick shot. Come on, Bulls.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 10, 2012 -> 04:06 PM) Steve, I just hope Taj starts tonight. The guy brings energy and enthusiasm to the team. I dont want to have to wait a quarter before the Bulls get in gear. They need to come out and get ahead, put the pressure on Philly. I feel you, buddy. In Thibbs I trust. The Sixers are going to have a huge push from their home crowd to start. Taj needs to be that guy coming in to give the Bulls the extra kick in the ass to dominate. The key tonight is Watson. If that f***ing idiot could find his stroke, we'd dominate. GO F*CKING BULLS!!!!!

QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 10, 2012 -> 04:18 PM) Wow thats informative. Thanks for your contribution. Heres some actual information: As far as players that will contribute, Stan's biggest push has been towards building a farm system for this team, his draft picks have been pretty damn good. In the 2011 draft alone he took 2 players that CONTRIBUTED for the blackhawks this season in Saad and Andrew Shaw. AS far as team contributions over the years that he has brought in via trade after being forced to unload half the roster after the cup, you have Leddy, Boynton, Stalberg, Morin, Hayes, Frolik, Campoli (for a short time), Oduya. His free agent signings havent been world beaters, but he accumulated draft picks to fill in the spots around the core he resigned after the cup while still staying competitive within the conference and the division. Once again, who is doing a better job at this at the moment, especially after having to dump half their team after WINNING a cup? I fully expect the extra few picks per year they've been taking since he took over to pay off in the next few years while the core is still signed to the roster. I think its pretty hilarious we are faulting mgmt for forcing us to watch a playoff contender while they continue to rebuild from within. Yup, teams coming off of Cups should worry about stocking the farm and not an extended run with proven NHL stars that dominated to the 2010 Stanley Cup. Again. Clueless.

26/10 with 4 blocks for Taj tonight. That is my prediction.

Orioles just led off their game against the Rangers with 3 straight jacks.

QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ May 10, 2012 -> 01:59 PM) they said he was still limping. I don't expect him to play. Oh yeah, there's no way he's playing, I just wish he could get out there and pump the new second team up.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 10, 2012 -> 01:14 PM) I'm getting pumped up for the big game tonight!!! I am too, actually. I wish Noah could get in for like 18 minutes.

Choking b****es isn't cool. Grow up, Kaner. I'm done with you. Thanks for killing your trade value in my world where you wind up traded.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 10, 2012 -> 10:47 AM) Improved things from a stanley cup winner? How exactly do you do that? Wow, you're clueless. How about having just one addition contribute in a meaningful way? There's not a single post-Tallon player who contributes here.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 10, 2012 -> 11:03 AM) Philosophical arguments are fun. Love.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 10, 2012 -> 10:06 AM) If you have ever take a hallucinogen youll see just how warped the human minds perception can be under the right circumstances. Greg is a Believer and thus would never do such things as take drugs and rape and pillage everything he walks past like non-Believers.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 10, 2012 -> 09:16 AM) Nice trolling, caught alot of guys here. Obvious trolling can still result in reasonable discussion on a topic that needs to be discussed (the future of JFP with the White Sox) - the guy has pitched better than anyone in baseball so far.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 9, 2012 -> 09:51 PM) Kap, You by far are my favorite poster. You are really the only person who is either 1) so hilarious that you realize how hypocritical your poster persona is in an attempt to convince us with opposite thought or 2) you are so unreasonable that you cant even see the nonsense of the argument. Usually people start to crack and give up, but you just keep on chugging as if your argument actually has merit, which is why you basically ignore every post except a few where you can change the subject. "Youre sniping, no youre sniping, no one ever responds to my posts, they always just take them out of context, no you do that, no I dont you do." Thats basically all you post. You still havent even said whether you support gay rights or not, and youve posted what 20-50 times? How is that even possible. Yeah, Kap is trying to be our board's Stephen Colbert - overly ridiculous as a joke. At least. We hope.

QUOTE (greg775 @ May 9, 2012 -> 10:25 PM) How do u justify those seeing the bright light in a near death experience and those people who say their relatives were coming into the light to welcome them before God let them return to earth miraculously. Justify? Do you mean "how do I comprehend realistic scenarios that don't involve living in clouds"? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthne...xperiences.html? Science, you've done it a-gain!

The best thing that could happen is Jake continues pitching like a madman and has great value at the trade deadline.

QUOTE (StrangeSox @ May 9, 2012 -> 04:56 PM) f*** him for not doing it sooner. Now this I won't agree with... f*** our entire government for being so ridiculous. Hell. F*ck. The. World.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 9, 2012 -> 02:17 PM) Boy that Mitt Romney, changing positions again... The President of the United States publicly states he supports gay marriage in the year 2012 and this is your reaction? Come on.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 9, 2012 -> 04:35 PM) I know this forum is about having thick skin but let's stop this form of personal attack right now. When it comes to my wife, I don't hold back. Greg threw the first punch by assuming anyone not praising the sweet Baby Jesus has no reason to have moral standards.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 9, 2012 -> 04:32 PM) Are you on medication? You seriously type some of the most bizarre posts I've ever read. This. Greg, believe what you want. However, your questions are some of the most judgmental posts I've read on the internet.

QUOTE (greg775 @ May 9, 2012 -> 01:54 PM) 2.) Why would you diss the Bible? Many of us listen to the Old and New testament weekly at Mass and believe it and know all the stories and believe them. Why don't you consider investing in the "word of God?" Some intelligent people drop God's name every third sentence or so they utter on a daily basis. Are they crazy? You've probably met those. Are they completely off base? Thanking God, talking about God, etc. You asked if it was real. I said no. I did not diss it.

QUOTE (greg775 @ May 9, 2012 -> 01:54 PM) 1.) It doesn't have to be illegal to be a life of debauchery. You don't need to end up in a cell. Just drink every night. Cheat on the wife constantly, etc. I mean if when you die, boom it's ova, why not just go nuts here? Buy big houses, boats, cars even if they eventually get repossessed. Take zillions of risks professionally. Hitchhike to California for a month and see what happens there. Hey seriously, join the 21st century. I would be hard-pressed to find anyone more devoted to their wife than I, and I don't need some bulls*** deity to tell me not to cheat on her.
