I disagree If the sox don't win the division it's because they played poorly the last month of the season. In first now. You don't look back oct 1 and say well ya those tigers sure killed us after we are sitting in first place right now. Forget about what happened. It's there for the taking now, i'm not gonna look for reasoning later when we are in this position with a month to go.

Problem is you have to win on the road in the playoffs if you plan on going anywhere

To say the least about next week.... The d had TD's scored on them of 3 yards, like 40 yards....the only real drive was the last one. D was solid, i thought they'd struggle, especially against Smith cuz of what he did last year to em Halsey is a stud, i loved him when i saw him in the spring game...if we can get a pass rush from the front 4 and some wr's, we should be good to go. Next 3 games are all very very winnable.

Watch as many games as possible on Saturday, and watch gameday and stuff for previews and reviews of games which will help you get a beat on college football. If you want to know a lot about a certain time, watch em. I'm learning a ton about certain teams today by watching them play for 4 quarters, including my Illini today in St. Louis (saw that game live in st louis)

I think there's quite a few people here that know a lot about college sports...me, jason, spiff, capn to name just a few. I'm not real great with computers so i don't really need to be a mod, i don't really care. If spiff wants to run things that's fine with me too. Plus i don't think you can judge what we all know and don't know from only posting a few things, but whatever. Last night's NIU/Maryland game was great. The interception was ridiculous to end the game, reminded me of the nebraska/mizzou game years back. NIU has a pretty good team this year and could win the MAC. Turner is a stud and the d looked pretty formidable last night. ISU won't be Illinois, period I'll be drivin to st. louis tomorrow to watch the illini take on mizzou. Tough game for us, need to get off to a good start. Never recovered from last year's game when brad smith put on an air and ground show for all to see. Have to contain him to have a chance. The guy is a stud.
