If he really "cared" about the team winning, why would be bash the teams manager to the media, before ever speaking to the manager about it? I think White is frustrated with his performance, has little control of his emotions, and took it out on Jerry at the wrong time, to the wrong source. Does he reall CARE about the sox?

Baltimore definitely got the best of that one... Nah no way. Its a pretty good deal for both teams. Ponson is young, and has potential to be a VERY good pitcher. Also, he may just give the Giants what they need to win it all this season. Sounds like Ponson will walk after this year. Baltimore gets three stud arms, they definately ripped off the Giants. Those pitchers are far from studs. Topside of average pitchers with all 3. Ponson is the only stud in the bunch, and he was added to one of the best teams in baseball. The giants made a very wise trade.

If Colon can pitch the way he is capable of pitching for the rest of the season, this sox team is scary.

Also, I think it would be nice to have the current standings on the site somewhere. The track the race thread is okay, but standings would be better. Id much rather find the standings on this site, my favorite site, than have to go over to espn.

It may not be possible, and probably too detailed and difficult, but i think it would be cool if we had icons like these but with the sox players heads on them, kinda like bobble heads. THat would rock, although im sure it infringes on something or other.
