I am at work (about 6 blocks from Wirgley) And it is raining uglyin this area.

I will be there friday night. Staying at the Ramada Inn City center. Hitting up Miller tour in the AM Friday. Than lunch at Sobelmans. Than Hitup some of the bars on riverwalk. Head to game, Repeat bar festivities after a White Sox Win.

White Sox have surpassed everyones expectations. How is that being a failure? They were picked to finish last. This board picked them to finish 3-4. I A division title would be nice. A WS title even better. I for one an estatic at how well the Sox have performed this year. I will be at the games all weekend rooting my team into the post season. This board really needs to be more positive.

A better team no. White Sox are a struggling team. Who have the ability to get hot and win some games.

I have been replaying Journey's Dont Stop Believing. ALL DAY LONG! Its on a constant loop in my office. I think my coworkers finally think I have lost it.

As of 3:50. The game is still on for tonite. I think the Sox will tkae the series. Why does everyone not want to face Burnett.. I say bring it. I would rather lose to quality pithcing than to ask for a rainout! Sox need to face many good pitchers in the playoffs. So they should start practicing now! See you all at the game!

Sheesh ppl. Lets see how we progress the next 20 games or so. As said before many veterans on this team. All we need is 3-4 runs per game.which we are fully capable of doing. FOR GOD SAKES PLEASE BUNT AND GET THE RUNNERS OVER!! I DONT CARE WHO IS AT BAT!! What I really want too see is our pitching and defense really suck it up and give us their best performances for the rest of the season/ and post season. Heck now that I think of it the Sox were not even suppose to be in 1st place. So whatevere they accomplish this year I will be more than satisfied. But winning a WS champioship would truly amazing!

Not at all. More disappointed with our key guys underperforming this year.

Sox will win the division. It all comes down to starting pitching defense and bullpen bringing it together. Offense seems to have woken up hopefully they continue! 1 man (linebrinke) will not make or break this team!

What a great crowd last night about 34K. The entire stadium gave Danks a standing-O when they pulled him in the 7th. What a great effort. Thome..with the bomb and Alexei with the insurance! What a great game.
