Will Buehrle get credit for a Complete Game only pitching 8 innings?

I was actually surprised the Sox did not scoop him up with a minor league deal. He was batting .313/.444/.618 with 9 HR and 8 SB in AAA. The only drawback is that is he 31, but the way our system looks, he couldn't hurt.
