I honestly can't remember the last time I was this pissed off at a game, it's been years. Watching that play and the aftermath transpire live was difficult to witness. What a f***ing joke, that call, that rule, is turning the game into a farce. It absolutely needs to be rewritten in much greater detail, if not stricken from the books entirely.

Sorry to necropost, but this is what I found while searching on Google for Sox road hotels. Me and some buddies are planning on going up to Minneapolis this weekend to catch the series, and were hoping to stay at the same hotel. Did this some years ago when they played in Cincinnati and it was an awesome experience. But for Minneapolis, I've gotten everything from The W to the Hilton Minneapolis, but everything seems to be outdated by a couple seasons at the least. Anyone know where they've been staying THIS season? Much appreciated!

I'm honestly not too worried about our rotation right now. QUintana, Peavy, and Sale have been awesome. Floyd needs to pick it back up yes, but we know he's capable. did anybody hear what the cubs announcers had to say about zambrono and AJ? they said, "It seemed that AJ was making some kind of gesture. In today's game, players aren't ahppy anymore with just strikeouts and homeruns anymore, they have to put something extra in there and make some kind of fancy, in-your-face gesture, and that's waht's caused this delay here. . Let's just hope we can get back to playing baseball." are you f*cking kidding me? and in the second inning, they stoped just short of calling anderson a cheap SOB for "sneaking up" as they said it on mabry. i wish i would've realized sooner that hawk and DJ were on WGN so i didn't have to listen to their s***

i don't think i'm the only one who has gotten crap from cubs' fans, even though it's barely over a WEEK INTO THE SEASON! of course the counter we white sox fans use is, "Who the hell jsut won the world series? US." but i've noticed that it's not enough sometimes. i got plenty of friends who are cubs fans, and plenty who are sox fans, but it seems that whenever i'm talkin baseball, my sox friends are nowehre to be found and i have no one to abck me up agaisnt moronic cub fans. so i'm asking,what the hell can i do? just ignore their idiotic and meaningless comments? or shoot right back at them with more insults? if you have some comebacks, post them here and it'd be much appreciated. i just want to put some annoying cubs fans in their places, and i'm sure i'm not the only one who feels this way
