Would a grounding adapter that turns it from a 3 plug into a 2 plug work?

My battery plug has 3 prongs and I cant find an international plug adapter that has 3 holes, only 2.

I leave for London on Wednesday. My battery for my laptop has 3 prongs. Every adapter only allows for 2 prongs, where do I find a european adapter with 3 prongs?
