Duke will make $4.5M next year, is injury prone and 45 years old. I'm not really sure how many teams are going to want him, probably none. We didn' thave a long reliever last year so Duke would be filling a new position in the bullpen. He could be a pretty decent long man and give the Sox something they didn't have last year, even if he is overpaid.
Depending on the team, a playoff contender might take him just for his experience in the post-season. That being said, its highly doubted some team would take him on just for the playoffs.

Look at Oregon's win list and you'll bold them all. I think you can do the same for Ohio State and Auburn with your standards.
erm.. shall we look at Auburns schedule? They beat 4 teams with winning records, compared to 3 wins over winning teams by ND, and two top 10 teams, compared to 1, overranked top 10 team win by ND.
The three teams with a winning record that ND beat? Michigan, BYU and Navy.
The four teams with a winning record Auburn beat? Western Kentucky, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.

Pittsburgh, Michigan, Washington, Purdue, BYU, Tennessee, Navy, Syracuse, and Stanford.
The teams I bolded are jokes. Michigan doesn't get bolded for 1 reason, the game was in Michigan.

ND did just as much as OSU and Auburn to earn a BCS berth.
Auburn beat two top 10 teams at the end of the season, Alabama and @ Georgia, how about ND?

That one deep throw he tried was awful but aside from that he hasn't been too bad. Defense hasn't really gotten to Simms but they did bat down a few and that helped keep em in check.
Lets get em in the 2nd half!!!
There were a few others that made me want to puke

Penn St. blows dude. They'll prove it in their BCS game.
Your jokes are funny.

Penn State is 12th in the country in scoring. 10th in the country in scoring defense.
They are a few seconds away from being undefeated.
Hmm.
