McCann and Cease were crossed up.

That is my favorite thing about the park as well. We had 10th row dugout seats once, and it was like being at the top of the 100 level in terms of where we were oriented to the field.

Been there, won't argue it for sure. One of my least favorites.

The original Comiskey dimensions were something like 20 feet deeper to CF than Comerica is.

Mazara picked up Boyd much better in that AB.

That is also a homer in Chicago, by a decent margin. In Detroit, not even on the track.

So far, it has been a good thing that McCann waas behind the plate. He moves his feet so much better, and his blocking technique is very good back there. Grandal isn't half as good at it. And with how often Cease has been in the dirt today, we are probably talking about at least 1 WP/PB in the first few innings.

That is just nasty.

That is a great contrast between the ABs of Jose and Eloy. Jose made sure he put the ball somewhere that would get Tim in from 3rd with the free RBI. Eloy didn't think about giving himself up and swung at garbage.

So TA need a double and single for the cycle, and we are only in the 3rd.

Again, just a great baseball IQ play by Timmy.

If that throw was on target they would have had him.

Cease is just sooooo much better when he works ahead. But he has so much movement, I don't know that he will ever have decent control.

Typically if you can throw fly balls in this park, you will be all right, but the ball seems to be flying today. We will see how that holds up.

That is pretty much only an out in Detroit and Oakland.

The ball is JUMPIN

He has a beautiful Center and Right Center swing. And he is so strong, he doesn't need to swing for the left field line.
