It is obvious NOT stuff that really gets done in the Latin American/Cuban games. We see player after player get to the US without these skills. It is about getting noticed with the bat, and then the rest can fall into place eventually.

I see no reason to believe that teams are going to be willing to pay trade deadline prices in a season that might not even finish. In fact, they would be fools to do so.

Yeah, the 2019 draft was a very daring draft, with a decent amount of upside late. 2018 was similar though not as much early.
