100% here. Like I said when it happened, the wording was really important.

Did you really spend the time and effort to join Soxtalk just to complain?

My condolences.

If it were that bad, he'd sign a 1/35 deal with someone else and see what changes next year instead of hooking up for 7.

Did we tell you the part where screen names can't be changed anymore without a bribe of an admin?

I think the most common post in this thread has been "I think this is close" followed by "Why does Bruce Levine still have a job?"

You realize when they are counting hits, there is no difference between an anger hit or a happy to read you hit? People retweeting and posting that stuff is why it continues to survive. If you don't like, don't give it public play.

To me that is a better move than Harper and Machado.

QUINS A WITCH, BURN HIM!!!

Shhhhh....

Seems overly optimistic.

420 seems appropriate.

Excuse me Mr Reinsdorf, you have a Mr. Boras on line 2, asking about collusion?

I would rather see him taking an eye test or something.

In the meantime, let's all watch video of YoYo working out.

This is where I fall. If it didn't involve ownership, this process never got off of the ground.

Jerry is running the show because this is his job. He is overseeing the single biggest investment in the history of his company, and the guy who signs the check. There is literally no one in the entire organization more qualified and able to do this.

I promise he didn't just get involved. He has been involved since day 1 on something like this.

This is where I have to disagree. If we are talking about a $200-$300 million expenditure, this is something that is being done at the ownership level. JR might not be engaged in all of the detail work of the actual negotiations, but you can bet that everything is getting filtered and fed through him before it goes out to MM's team.

Maybe if Manny was still 19...

Awesome!

PUT YO MOTHAF@#IN NAME ON THE MOTHAF@#$IN CONTRACT NOW b****!
