I don't know if it is a formal thing or not but IIRC they have outlawed it themselves so they refuse to extradite to anywhere who still does have it. Ira Eihnhorn was the big case to do with that. He had been charged with killing his gf in the 70's and faced the death penalty here in the states and France refused to send him here unless the death penalty was taken off of the table. We refused, and he stayed in France for something like 25 years.

Hope I am not too late but France and the US have an extradition treaty, but France refuses to extradite anyone who is facing executable charges.

I don't think Lake shore drive was LDF but I could be wrong. If so I don't think LSD ever posted over here. Baggio had his computer blow up on him, but they had some kind of a personal reason that he didn't come back, never heard the details on that one. Bridgeport posts once in a while, but seems to be always pretty busy with work. Bmr is banned along with Roman and Clujer. And I am not sure who the last guy is???

But what is the purpose of a university? It isn't supposed to be farm system to the NFL. It is supposed to be higher learning, and a lot of school have lost track of that. That's why I admire the schools that graduate their athletes, instead of having them there just for the purpose of being a revenue to the school.

I hope soon. It is funny that you mention the missing but I was wondering what happened to a few people. I haven't heard from guys like LDF and Baggio lately either and miss the posting that they brought to the table.
