To be thinking two steps ahead, if he is pitching anywhere close to that, there is always teams looking for LH starting pitching. Maybe we could adress other positional needs within the organization.

I really think that the US is trying to lure Saddam out into the open, so they can REALLY kill him. They are trying to undermine the legitimacy of the government in the hopes that either Hussein's ego gets the best of him and he tries too hard to prove he is still alive, or hope that someone will stage a coup.

The thing that scares me about Carlos is a firmly believe he is a wake up call away from being a star. I remember all of the way back to when he was the top OF prospect in the Sox system even over Ordonez. The potential is there for Carlos, just for whatever reason he doesn't seem to have a solid mental approach to the game yet. The thing is I know he is the kind of player if he ever got dealt that would be the slap in the face he needs to take his career to the level he is capable of. I would hate to look back on a Lee deal and say that we could have had him when he is putting up huge #'s somewhere else.

Also factor in the physical differences between CC and MB. Sabathia isn't exactly a fitness model right now...

Anyone know how long Yofu has been in our system? It seems like this guy has appeared out of no where to me. Or is it just having had guys like Valentine, Almonte and Ring, other relievers have just been lost in the mix?
