Burdi will be the guy going down based on who is pitching, in what situations, and how often.

I am going to guess that Rey Lopez would be claimed, just because you can't teach that arm. If Carson freaking Fulmer can get claimed by half a dozen different teams, Lopez surely will get into "we can fix him" mode. The question is, do we care. I really think McRae is the top guy on the list. Might be interesting to see if we can slide Zavala through with as bad as he has been this year too.

Sure, and every time you give a kid who has never played the OF yet another person to work with in these combinations, it involves new calculus. Playing with Luis Robert is different than Leury Garcia, which is different than BIlly Hamilton, which is different than Goodwin, etc.

We have played 9 different starting OFs this year. I can only imagine the number of combinations of OFs we have started, and then multiply it by all of the different IFs they have played with too. Again for the record, the OF we started in the finale in Pittsburgh was our 7th, 8th, and 9th OFs on the pre-season depth chart, two of which weren't even on the roster in the pre-season.

It is such a weird year to be trading prospects, both for buyers and sellers. I really think teams will look back on this season as a huge mistake, as guys blow up out of no where.

Ramos got a lot of under the table talk in the last year as being a steal out of the Latin super market. Being 19 at Kanny, he isn't doing great, but he is probably playing above his age bracket for sure. Would be nice to see his numbers accelerate as he gets more comfortable.

No drama in a win.

Ends the road trip with a win, don't have to sit on a six game losing streak over the off day. Pitched over some bad defense and base running to maybe steal a game.

He's got tomorrow off, and they aren't about to give him Friday off unless he is hurt.
