  1. Dye with a 2 out single through the hole at short.
  2. She's godawful. Her voice was like nails on a chalkboard last night. She couldn't even hit a high note that every female singer in the world could. Good thing for her that she looks good.
  3. Matt Herges later admitted that Pierzynski didn't do anything wrong and apologized to AJ. Herges said it was just Brett Tomko being mad because he got rocked that day and blaming it on Pierzynski. Everett is just a straight-up kook. Everyone knows that Sheffield is a bad seed. He can rake though.
  4. I think almost every poster here agrees that Oswalt is their best pitcher and that it will be very tough to beat him. So are you predicting another loss for tonight?
  5. I wouldn't mind Sheffield's numbers in the 3-hole next year but I can't stand the guy. What a cancer. He got his ticket out of Milwaukee by botching plays. What a worthless human being.
  6. We don't need another starting pitcher in AAA for next season. Contreras Buehrle Garland Garcia McCarthy With El Duque as our longman out of the pen who could spot start if needed. I agree on trading Marte though.
  7. • "The most dramatic moments of Game 1 came in the top of the eighth inning when, with runners on first and third and none out, Neal Cotts fanned Morgan Ensberg and Mike Lamb and then Bobby Jenks came on to strike out Jeff Bagwell. It was the first time in World Series history that three consecutive batters had struck out in the seventh inning or later with the potential tying run in scoring position"
  8. Maybe he is trying to use reverse psychology. Either way, Antonio Osuna has been wrong on every prediction and I hope it stays that way.
  9. That was hilarious. After every strikeout, Farmer would say, "Ummm, Hawk?" And then Hawk would make his call after a short delay.
  10. You don't want to hear it. It's garbage. Stick with the classic in my sig.
  11. How do you think Astros fans have felt about their supposed "lights-out" closer lately?
  12. Yeah, Jose wasn't bad but Crede, Cotts, and Bad Bobby saved his quality start.
  13. I agree with you. That was the most impressive relief appearance ever. I doubt El Duque himself could ever do it again.
  14. 1st and 3rd, no one out. Can I b**** now, Felix?
  15. Hey Felix, still happy with that 1 run lead instead of more?
