  1. Did he only hit 96 once? Also, he gave up a hit to the one and only major leaguer (Matt Holliday) he faced.
  2. They definately were scrubs. Time for our prospects to crap themselves. LOL.
  3. 2 K's for Baaaddd Bobby. One more, dude. Matt Holliday up...
  4. True, Marte could find his old form but he has to get over his injury troubles first. But I was using 2005 Marte as a comparison, not 2002-2004 Marte. I'm not annointing Logan anything yet but all he has to do is throw strikes. Last season, Marte's WHIP was astronomical (1.72). Just keep throwing good strikes, Boonie.
  5. = ? I'm glad Anderson at least cut his Byrnesian mop. Scary. But if Anderson is 2004 Byrnes, I'm sure we'll all be happy.
  6. Don't forget about Thome. Both Frank and Thome could still reach 500 HR's and are likely Hall of Famers. Neither has probably ever used roids but they will have their numbers in question thanks to tools like Bonds, Giambi, and Sheffield.
  7. I have hope. Afterall, can the kid really be any worse than Marte who absolutely refused to throw strikes most of the time? So far, Logan is making batters earn their way on base. Just don't issue free passes a la Marte and he should be fine.

  10. Doubt it. In 62 AB's this spring, he has drawn only 3 walks but has struck out 17 times. I see a lot of swings and misses in his future once he starts facing good pitchers.
  11. Wow, did Curt Schilling actually gain weight over the offseason? He must be on the Bobby Jenks diet plan. Scary.
  12. Nope, I just think it's hilarious. Check out the website. Dem's some crazy b****es.

  14. I like that we are only paying the best hitter on our team $8 million a year for the next 3 years.
  15. I think it's safe to say that he's healthy... Jim Thome (ST stats) 45 AB .422 AVG .536 OBP .933 SLG 1.469 OPS 6 HR 12 RBI 10 BB 6 SO

  17. Doubt it. I see a ton of people getting away with it at games.
  18. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!? ARE YOU NUTS?!?"
