Comparison bet. Matsui and Iguchi back in 2003
That was Japan. This is the MLB.

Who to Keep
Keep Timo as your 4th outfielder and Willie as your backup 2nd Baseman. It's that simple. Borchard = September Call-up.

The Twins stole our theme...
This ready is going nowhere but somewhere at the same time. Kind of...

One more need
Seriously though, Larkin would be great as a backup to Uribe or even at Dh once in a while. If not, that's fine. But we'll have to wait it out for him because he probably is waiting for a team that wants to let him start.

QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Jan 25, 2005 -> 06:24 PM) Why would KC want to trade within the division? Because they suck ass! Lol

2006 Sox Free Agents
We're already talking about 2005 Free-Agency? Damn, Pitchers and Catchers haven't even reported!!! Relax people. I feel the 2005 season will be a good 1 for the Sox. We're headed in the right direction.

Kenny's Report Card
Once more, school makes me late. Anyway, KW gets an A- for the off-season. I would have liked to a top-of-the-line starter but I'll definitely take El Duque. Pods, AJ, Viz, PBNL, El Duque and Gooch for El Caballo INCLUDING the loss of Maggs, C-Lee, Jose, and the Alomars. BUT, the missing link is Dye. He. IMHO, is the key acquisition. A- to KW!!!! :

Which newcomer will have the biggest impact?
Jermaine Dye...IMHO. I think he will because he just excites me sooooo much. He can run, hit, and field ALL very well. If only he could play 2nd and Pitch too.

Iguchi very close to signing a 2 yr deal?
Maybe he tries to be like Ichiro or Yao and be known as "Tadahito"???
-
Iguchi very close to signing a 2 yr deal?
Does he compare to any other 2B in the MLB? That would put it in perspective better.

Iguchi very close to signing a 2 yr deal?
This would be a wonderful signing. I don't know much but from what I've heard and read, he seems like a really good 2B.

ESPN Insider Reports

Bulls Vs. Knicks Part II
I like Piatkowski too. I was ginda happy when we got him in the trade. He is an excellent shooter, good without the ball, and has pretty good defense.

Ultimate Baseball Online
I cancelled that s***. It was too confusing to downlaod and install and all it did was slow down everything on my computer. Sorry, but I'm off the team guys.

Opening Day Lineup
Perhaps, Willie and a prospect/PTBNL for Graff could happen soon??? Then, Iguchi is signed and Wilson sent back to AAA.
-
EX Sox Player might be coming back
I think it might be Nenn. Thats the 1st name that popped in my head when I read the earlier posts. As far as Iguchi, I would love to know what the hold-up is? Are they having trouble finding a translator??? If so, I'll learn Japanese!!!!!!!!!

Uncertainty in CF
I agree with qwerty that ARow has to lower his # of errors. Many times last year he caused the Sox a run because of a bobble or a mishandle or something. He tries to do the "Pro Hop" where he scoops it up, leans back, and then guns the ball home.
