I couldn't get search working to see if someone has mentioned this game before. Basically, you go online and create a baseball player at some position and play online games with other people. You can create teams or just play pickup games and earn skill points to make your player better. I think it would be neat if we got a team together and joined one of the leagues.

Well I made a first baseman and got him up to level 2. This game is pretty fun but it's hard because alot of the pitchers I face are so ridiculous.

did it cost anything -- cuz I read the FAQ in the middle of the download -- I'm not a big gamer at all, but I'd play occasionally

It's still a beta, so it's still free.

It was supposed to release last summer but this looks like one of those games that will stay in beta (Free) forever.

 

Come on even playing catcher is fun.

I played a little bit LATE last night --- all I did was practice -- There wasn't a game to be had at that time of day. My players name is ComeOnTimo. True to form, I haven't been able to hit anything but a single, and I have no patience.

That games fun as hell.

I'm so bad at games like this -- I pitched 2 innings and gave up 4"ER" -- I batted once and tried to draw a walk so as not to embarrass myself with a strikeout -- 3-2 I popped out.

I'm not of any real help to anyone yet -- I suggest just making a player, taking a bunch of BP for a while, then finding a pick up game(try to hide in a position that's not that vital(RF/LF)
