  1. Another thing I noticed was that Garcia works real quick. I think this is because he doesnt know all the signs yet and Sandy simply gave him 1- fastball, 2-curveball, etc.
  2. I noticed that the key for him was keeping the ball down and staying ahead in the count. When he went down 3-1 to Mauer, he didnt want to walk him so he just laid him a fastball right down the middle. Guzman's HR was just great woodwork. I missed the 3rd one...who was it to?
  3. Good job Freddy! His first win as a White Sox!

  7. Way to back it up with numbers!
  8. I'm trying to prove the point that he is NOT what you said he was. Condition wise, he looks like he always does. This has always been the time of season that Jones goes on a tear. His numbers throughout his career and even just over the pastfew seasons are phenominal.
  9. Mesa has very little control in the clutch and in pressure situatuions. (See Larry Bowa)
  10. God bless you! When I turn 21, I'm gonna buy you 5 cases of your favorite beer!!
  11. Lancew Berkman deserves to start more that b****ass Scam-ME "Corky the Roid Boy" Sosa!
  12. In my best Hawk voice: I love Josey!
  13. I happened to watch the Braves game the other night when he went 3-4 and he looked absolutely fine to me. He is not fat, still has it all in CF, has shortened up his stroke, and did not look gimpy-kneed when hustling out a double of the CF wall missing a HR by 3 inches. BTW, this was all against Brad Penny.
  14. There are also chances that Pitt pays some of it.
  15. UNSCRAMBLE THE LETTERS: snoja dllkena
  16. Is there really a need for another SS???????
  17. Ahem....1989 was the best year EVER!
  18. Chicago White Sox AL Pitching Ranks: ERA- 9th (4.59) Hits Given Up- 3rd (677) Walks- 5th (234) K's- 12th (426) Saves- 11th (15) WHIP- 7th (1.39)
  19. Frank leads the Al with walks I believe with 62 but the whole team is 7th??????? The next highest on the team in walks.....PK with 33.
  20. Uribe has done a helluva job this season. No one really expected anything special out of him and all he has done is bat .300, have 11 HR, and like 40 RBI's! Plus, Valentin is showing everyone that his defense isnt that horrible and that he IS the Clutch-meister!
  21. Knock-Knock.........(Rolls Down Window).......do you happen to have any Grey Poupon? (EDIT: This is my 3,000th post! )
