Nuke: It usually gets spend on kids and families getting by. Because there is abuse in the system, it does not mean that money is "usually" being spent on booze, smokes, drugs and lottery tickets.

McCain and Guiliani are the only two top tier candidates who aren't in the Christian fundamentalists' movement or courting that audience right now. And McCain is really flirting with it this time.
