So there's no difference between killing two people and killing two thousand? I do think there is a difference.
Just like I think there's a difference between violating the constitution in two cases (although the courts found it to be legal, although i disagree), and violating the constitution so flagrantly and repeatedly that the call is now left up to a shift supervisor instead of the President.
